Joshua has over six years of experience in the field of development, and he is a specialist in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning. He has assisted many institutions in conducting program evaluations and developing institutionalized learning systems for social intervention. His contributions span many fields, including education, social security, sustainable livelihoods, inclusive leadership, and social responsibility. In addition to his expertise in MEL, Joshua is also a trained teacher and holds a masters degree in agricultural extension and rural development from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, as well as a bachelors degree in Agricultural Science Education from the University of Agriculture Makurdi. In his spare time, he spends time learning languages, demonstrating his passion for education, particularly in Nigeria. He is fluent in French, Spanish, Portuguese, Yoruba and Hausa. Joshua brings a wide range of skills and experience to Nigeria Reads, making him an asset in all aspects of the organization's development program work. His dedication to teaching and desire to see social intervention programs flourish make him an exceptional MEL expert.
